Manufacturing/RMA Coordinator
This position includes the coordination and interfacing/liason for manufacturing to inside sales and other related areas ensuring that customers are satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled. Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, a professional positive demeanor and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Director of Engineering & Operations
Primary Responsibilities
- Sales Order maintenance after the order is "Booked" and opened by inside sales
- Adjust Sales Order dates in M2M based on manufacturing input and communicate these changes to Inside Sales.
- Supports Inside Sales organization for manufacturing & RMA information
- Monitor, measure & post Manufacturing/RMA metrics and performance
- Manage and control RMA process
- Load RMA Job Orders
- Work with Scheduling to plan RMA's
Qualifications
- Associates/business degree required with manufacturing background preferred
- Excellent communication skills required (both written and verbal)
- Must be detail oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of MS Word & Excel required
- Previous experience with M2M preferred
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
- Experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment a plus
