| Tracewell S20
provides space for up to 7 VME boards and three 5.25" drives. Its
small size and weight, at just 5U and pounds, make it ideal for rack mount
or bench top applications where space is a premium. The rigid cardcage and
formed aluminum housing add strength without excessive weight. Recessed
behind a removable front panel, the front-loading cardcage is positioned
to allow adequate space for internal cabling to either the front or rear
panel. Two removable rear I/O panels provide added flexibility and
convenience. The Tracewell S20 is equipped for storage, with two front and
one rear 5.25" drive bays and power harnesses. Two 130-cfm fans
supply pressurized airflow to the horizontal card cage for even cooling. A
250W or 500W power supply is available, providing up to 80 amps of 5 volts and includes
universal AC input. The 32/4-bit compatible 7-slot VME backplane is auto
configuring and features SMD/ press-fit assembly for speed and
reliability. Other standard conveniences include a side intake air filter
and integrated front die-cast front handles and rack flanges.
