Our mechanical expertise includes design for extended shock/vibe, EMC thermal and other extreme conditions. Through reuse of our proven solutions and creatively applying this expertise, we transfer raw customer specifications and requirements into innovative design solutions.
Mechanical Design, Modeling and Analysis
Mechanical models from the individual component to the overall system are created in Pro/Engineer and Solidworks. Icepak and Mathcad are used for thermal and structural analysis. Prototypes are fabricated in Tracewell’s sheet metal facility for design verification and testing.
